Ortho-Bionomy®
is an innovative concept based on the body's self-healing capacity.
The work was developed by British Osteopath Arthur Lincoln Pauls, in the
1970's. In this basic workshop, you will learn about the history,
principles, and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy®. You will learn to work with
gentle, comfortable and effective ways to relieve neuromuscular tension
patterns. Accessing the body's own innate self-corrective reflexes to
bring the body into structural balance and a greater sense of well being.
